TRANSLATE REPOST
Hello, we have a T650 plotter.
I normally print sheets up to the size of 1188x841mm. However, when I need to print a sheet of 1667x841mm, the printing happens normally up to a certain point. After that, the printer simply feeds the paper up to the 1667mm mark, but the significant printing stops at some point, resulting in a 1667x841mm sheet that is cut but only printed for 500mm. I can't understand what's happening or what to do to plot the full sheet.
Best regards,
Jefferson Wu
