HP Tango X
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Tango X will not load or spool paper.  I put one sheet in, many sheets in, doesn't matter.  It thinks there's a paper jam, but there isn't.  I have gone through the entire troubleshooting guide and nothing works.  Resets, cleaning rollers, different paper, everything fails.

I bought this printer in October 2019 and have maybe used it 3-4 times and now its out of warranty.  I paid $200 for it and am willing to send it somewhere to get it fixed, but the online guides don't give that option.

Please help!

Additional steps to try :-

Cleaning the paper pick up rollers. They are rubber rollers seen inside the area where paper are placed.

Use fresh set of Plain 20 lB regular papers and check.
