HP PageWide Color Flow E77650

The printer in question is an HP PageWide Color E77650. I checked the status of the printer using the web page and I noticed it had a troubleshooting icon next to calibrating. I checked the amount of pages in the queue for the printer on the user's computer and it says 0 documents in queue. Looking where the user is printing it shows that the printer is offline and there are five documents waiting. I waited 30 minutes before the print jobs came through. What would cause the calibrating issue?

Make sure that the firmware is up to date. We had some issues with a client with these wanting to calibrate every time they made a copy, newer firmware reduced this incident greatly.
