HP ENVY Pro 6452 All-in-One Printer

Card stock was printing fine, now it jams every time. To confirm it was card stock and nothing else, I printed the same image to normal paper and it was fine.

I also copied the normal issue and attempted to print on card stock and it jammed.

Any ideas?

Hi @PC1616,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

What sort of jam do you experience? No feed at all? Partial feed? It could be that either the card stock exceeds the media spec for the printer or your feed rollers are dirty or worn.

If your 100lb card stock is "Cover" stock, it is (for example) 271 gsm.

Too heavy for the printer.

Printer handles "Card" paper to 53lb (110 lb Index)

GSM Bond Index

The "300 gsm" is for photo paper only - the two Media type selections are not interchangeable.

The Specifications are somewhat complete for the product.

And for the same printer (different resource):

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
