LaserJet P1102 w will not print from a wireless connected laptop because HP software blocks printing when using a non-HP toner cartridge. How do I turn off the block feature in the printer firmware?

Welcome to the HP Community.
I cannot find any evidence that this printer is protected by Dynamic Security.
The HP LaserJet Professional P1100 Printer series - User Guide (Page 52) warns that using non-HP cartridge / toner products is not guaranteed to work - the explanation does not say it is prohibited to try and do it.
The Firmware makes no mention of Dynamic Security that is used to block use of non-HP products on protected devices.
What is Dynamic Security?
