HP H470 Mobile Printer

I have an old mobile printer I am wanting to use as I travel. I have an HP H470 that I purchased an HP bt500 to make wireless. I have connected it and the printer is not showing up in my Bluetooth devices. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

To configure Bluetooth wireless settings (Windows) 1. Connect the device to your computer with a USB cable. 2. Insert the Bluetooth wireless USB accessory into the slot in the device. 3. Open the Toolbox. 4. Click Configure Bluetooth Settings. 5. Set the Bluetooth wireless options you want. 6. After you have set the options you want, click Apply. 7. A warning dialog box appears. 8. Click OK to proceed. 9. Close the Toolbox.

Th toolbox is accessible on installing the Printer software.

To open the Toolbox • From the HP Solution Center, click the Settings menu, point to Print Settings, and then click Printer Toolbox.

Let me know if this helps.
