HP DesignJet T520 36-in Printer

Good afternoon! I have a question for a technical specialist. When you turn on the HP designjet T520 36in plotter (serial [Personal Information Removed] serv ID:28252), an error message is reported: "One or more cartridges are damaged (Cyan). Remove and install the new cartridges." Some of the installed cartridges are non-original. The plotter worked with such a set of cartridges, but now it began to report an error, pointing to the cyan cartridge. The non-original cyan cartridge was replaced with the original one, but the error did not go away. Please inform us about the possible causes of the malfunction.

Ink on the contacts either on the printhead or the cartridge would be the first thing to check.
