Hi all. I bought Deskjet 1510 all in one, in malaysia Penang island on 2014. over there i used cartridges hp 61. But now i've moved to Kazakhstan, and here in the shops they do not sell HP 61 cartridges, but instead they sell HP 122, which is written compatible. I've bought them, and tried to install. But the error saying that, unknown cartridges. I've read, that i have to change my location. I tried to explain my problem to VR, and she sent me here.

Hi @UsmanG
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
Find below the compatible ink cartridges for a HP Deskjet 1510 All-in-One Printer:
HP customizes some printers and ink cartridges to meet local customer needs. If you take your printer from one country/region to another country/region, you might not find ink cartridges with the same number on the label as your original ink cartridges. If you install an ink cartridge with a different number on the label, you might see one of the following error messages:
-
Incompatible Cartridges
-
Cartridge Not Intended for this Printer
-
Incorrect Cartridges
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
