HP deskjet 2600 trouble printing

Hi! I bought my HP Deskjet 2600 All in one Printer a couple of months ago. I still having issues in printing. I can do direct  printing from internet like recipes but I was able to print via my laptop only TWICE. I tried all the possible ways of trouble shooting (uninstalling and installing the software 3 times already, turned off the wifi direct one time, used wifi direct, wireless and usb). I even followed the on screen troubleshooting with the HP print and scan doctor. Virtual assistant can't get the right answer. Today, I found out that it seems like I can print PDF formats for now. 

What happens when I try to print is... the printer is on. Wifi steady. I open a WORD document I wanted to print, search the right printer to get the job done. The printer is ready.  But when I click the PRINT button nothing happens. I see a pop up window saying its going to print but nothing NOTHING goes into the printer queue. I even checked all from USB, wireless or WIFI direct.  There's nothing. No Error nothing. Printing the document for 10 times no movement. I tried attaching the USB cable but it won't even work.

I have another problem. I was trying it out again in my mobile. It won't let me print because it said no connection from the printer. I restarted the printer as said to troubleshoot but it still shows the same error. I deleted the printer on my phone and tried to search and reinstall but sadly now I can't find the printer.

Oh since nothing seems to work. I tried sending the document via eprint. But the print didn't turn out good. I'm making labels, the boxes are spot on but the words on the box is out. I checked the document before sending it so it won't turn out like this.

Can anyone help?

You sure have tried a lot of things.

Let's start with the USB set-up, do you hear the USB connection sound when you connect the cable?
