Product: HP INK ADVANTAGE DESKJET 2645
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP deskjet 2650 keeps giving error 0xc4eb11c9 hw_micci2 c and despite unplugging the power according to various forums and changing cartridges, no improvement.
