I bought this printer about 4 months ago. I even paid for the instant ink, and suddendly it is about a week that i cant print anything. It has all th lights open, i contacted to the support, i did all the steps and yet nothing worked. I even talked to an assistant who gave me a case number and said that somebody was going to call me but it never happened. The printer cant connect to the internet, it has all lights and all kind of alarms on. In addition they told that i have no warranty when i bought it only 4 months ago. Is there any way to talk to somebody or fix the god **bleep** massine? An email to send the photos? Or something? Worst support and company ever
