HP DeskJet 4120e All-in-One Printer

I bought this printer about 4 months ago. I even paid for the instant ink, and suddendly it is about a week that i cant print anything. It has all th lights open, i contacted to the support, i did all the steps and yet nothing worked. I even talked to an assistant who gave me a case number and said that somebody was going to call me but it never happened. The printer cant connect to the internet, it has all lights and all kind of alarms on. In addition they told that i have no warranty when i bought it only 4 months ago. Is there any way to talk to somebody or fix the god **bleep** massine? An email to send the photos? Or something? Worst support and company ever

I’m really sorry to hear about the ongoing issues with your printer and the frustration you're experiencing with both the connectivity problem and the support. It must be incredibly frustrating to feel like you're not getting the assistance you deserve. I’m here to help guide you through this as best as I can.

 

If all the lights are blinking, this indicates a hardware issue. 

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, I recommend you contact the store you purchased.
