Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Hello!  I was having a problem with some shadowing on printouts and a little bit of missing text.  I did an auto print head clean and an alignment.  Now, nothing prints at all, just goes through the motions and a blank sheet feeds out.  Nothing will copy either.  I have an almost new HP black cartridge installed last month.  Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi, I'm back again with a solution I found on You Tube.  The post is from "electronicsNmore" and it's about "how to safely and easily unclog ink jet printer heads".  Check it out, if you are having a similar issue.  Apparently, the auto clean tool just clogged them up more?  Anyway thanks to electronicsNmore, I am good to go!  Good luck!  Thank you all.
