I'd like to help!
I understand that the wireless button is not working.
Before performing a reset, could you print and share the wireless test report?
On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless button 
and the Information button 
at the same time.
Both a Wireless Network Test Results report and Network Configuration Page print.
