Product: HP Deskjet 2130

Hi, I have installed brand new black carride 63 in my HP DESKJET 2130 printer, there is no colour cartridge installed. But after installing black cartridge light blinks and color cartridge show stable light. It should be the reverse case. When clicked on print, always showing message as printer in error state. Removed printer drivers and package then re-installed , but issue still persist. Please help!
