Product: HP envy 5010

Hi all, i have a problem with my new hp envy 5010.

The printer works well, but there is no option for 2 side printing in the copy menu on the machine touch screen.

The strange fact is that the machine actually support duplex and also have an option for id card copy, which is the same principle of a 2 sided copy.

 

 

edit:

Just to be clear, the problem is not in printing from PC.

The problem is the missing option " 2 side copy" in the copy menu.

The machine is updated with the last firmware.

That option is not available on this printer as no duplexer is installed.
