Hi Community. New HP envy printer 7130 went into storage. Setting up for first time (Using start up cartridges) but keeps on coming up with cartridge problem when installing black cartridge - remove and reinstall. Have been through the help and advice on HP site. Have tried to reset, reinstalling, updating software but still no joy. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Please try these steps - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this.
