HP ink tank 415 printing shadows on some lines

my HP inkjet 415 (almost new) prints some lines as blurry or with shaddow, i tried a reset, and clearning the printheads but problem won't go away

yeah did all that, didn't help, the only left solution is replacing the printheads, but they are only 2 months old , can they be damaged that quickly ?

I have the same problem. I thought that it's the printhead problem too. But when I print "quality diagnostic" (you can do that by hold color scan button for 3 seconds), the shadow doesn't appear. my printer is 2 days old.

the solution is simple. change the print settings to black and white.
