My DeskJet 2752 suddenly went into sleep mode and nothing I do will wake it up. I checked the control panel and according to what I read, it should wake up when the control panel is clicked on, however mine does not. Is it possible there was an update that caused this situation or does my printer NEED an update and how would I find out.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried everything, but unfortunately, nothing has worked. I have decided it is time to retire this printer since I have had it so long. I think it’s time to go in another direction.
