Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4535
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4535 is not printing color MS Office documents? It prints color normal in HP Print Quality Diagnostic Report, from Mobile and with Windows driver test Page. It started after clean install Windows 10 (64-Bit) ver. 2004 and MS Office 365. The firmware is up-to-date.
I tried all of mentioned solution without success.

Hi,

Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

 

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

 

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy and check.

Thank you very much ShlomiL for your post. Few minutes ago I succeeded to print Excel file in color!!! I tried advice to install printer with HP Smart and it works. I cannot believe. Please tell me does it mean that we must install printer only with HP Smart?
