HP MFP426 no longer has option for double sided printing

Hello Rvanlierop,

 

That sounds like a driver issue. If that is the case you can try with driver reinstall, or remove the printer and try a different driver like Universal Print Driver https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-universal-print-driver-series-for-windows/415732...

The important detail is to make sure that at the moment of printing, under printing preferences you see the option to "print on both sides" visibile. Not the one with "Manually", but just 2 side printing with the option "Yes, flip over".

Such option is determined by the print driver, hence if the driver is corrupt, old or somewhat defective, a good alternative is reinstall.
