laserJet Pro M203dw

We have recently purchased a M203DW laserjet printer which takes a long time to print. We have tried to update the firmware, change the network cable, reinstall the drivers and without results. To compare it, we have an HP laserjet M12W printer that is slower in specifications, however when we do a test between the two machines, the HP Laserjet M12W takes 30 seconds less than the M203DW.
Another problem that we have encountered is that sometimes in the middle of a large block of printing the printer stops and after several minutes, it continues printing and other times it does not continue. How can we solve the problem?
