Please help!

Error message "Memory Low Print Job Canceling".

I found a few steps to troubleshoot:

>>To perform a NVRAM/Cold Reset on the M276:

1. Power down the printer

2. Press and hold the lower left hand corner of the screen

a. This is normally where the progress bar starts loading on the screen

3. Power on the printer

4. Release the left hand corner once the "Permanent Storage Init" message appears.

I did this - (the "Permenant Storage Init" actually came up) - but when I tried to print again, same error message.  AND - I have to keep resetting the wifi connection each time...  Tried this twice.  Also made sure the print que was empty.

HELP!
