Hi There, just replaced both my ink cartridges with official HP cartridges and printed 8 pages 2 days ago.
Turned on today and 5 warning lights are flashing as below
Both ink cartridges flashing
Blue tooth flashing
Resume flashing
Power button flashing
Tried powering off for 20 seconds by removing battery and power.
Tried removing black ink cartridge only
Checked for any paper jams etc even though i have never had one
The HP diagnostics speak of 4 lights flashing but no information regarding the 5th light which is the blue tooth ligh which is also flashing.
Please help?
Thanks

Hi @newps,
Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community! I came across your post and wanted to assist you. I see from the post that you are having issues with your HP OfficeJet Mobile printer where all the lights are flashing. Don't worry as I have a few suggestions which should help you resolve this issue.
Let's start off by performing a Hard reset on the printer and make sure that the printer is connected directly to the wall outlet and not to the surge protector
- Unplug the Power cord from back of the unit and from the Wall outlet.
- Unplug the USB cable .
- Wait for 1 minute.
- Plug in the Power cord to Wall out let and then to printer. The printer should power up automatically,
- If the printer does not Power On , then press the Power button.
- check for the status of Blinking/ flashing lights. Below is the link for the steps that should resolve the issue .
