My brand new HP officeJet 3830 is not printing in magenta, I've done 2 cleaning and diagnosis tests and still not printing magenta.

Have you tried using an alternate color ink cartridge?
Check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridge.
Make sure you have tried the steps 11 and 14 from this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.
