hi,
I have a HP photosmart 5520. it had come up with a message to replace cartridge's. I replaced all cartridges yet it still shows up as needing to be replaced. showing the black and blue.
I have unplugged the power, I have taken the cartridges out and placed them back in. I have tried to clean the connections. nothing seems to work.
is there anything else that I could try?
