I'd be glad to help you! 

 

This error indicates, 

 

One or more ink tanks are out of ink.

 

Open the front door and ink tank cap.

Open the ink bottle, place it upside down on the tank, and click into place.

Wait for the ink to fill the tank.

Close the bottle cap, tank cap, and the front door.

 

For further assistance, you may refer to blinking lights.
