Operating System: Linux

My fathers HP deskjet is broken and I want to buy him a new one. But he still has some HP 21 and HP 22 cartridges. Does anyone know if HP still sells printers that use these cartridges ? Can't find such info on the HP website and they cannot be contacted by email. HP has lots of automated support features but to get in touch with a human is impossible.

Thanks for any info.
