Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I bought some replacement HP302 ink cartridges from an office supply store.  When I installed one, the printer shows an “Incompatible Cartridges” error message.  


However, I checked on the HP website before I bought them, and is says that the product ( X4D37AE ) is compatible with the ENVY 4522.  

What am I missing ?  I tried a printer update, but everything is up to date.  The printer cartridges I had before were HP63

HP 302 cartridges are compatible with a printer used in Europe, not in North America or Canada.

Are you from Canada as listed? have you purchase the printer in your country or may have moved from another country?
