Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

While printing or coping printer stops in randomly taken place. Cardrige is doing small moves and  it lasts until reset or switching of. It is independent of way of communication with laptop. / wifi or  cable/

All the drivers are updated. Printer passes all the tests. 

Please advise if You are able
