I am receiving error message on my HP Mobile 200 Printer, 0x011a17ff dot11_private.  I have tried to do a hard reset.  I unplugged the power cord from the back of the printer, however this did not make the printer shutdown.  I have tried powering down by pressing the power button but this just makes the printer reset, I receive a message that the printer was not shut down properly last time and then it reverts back to the aforementioned error code.  The power light is also strobing.  The battery light is faintly light but also strobing.  Thank you in advance for your help and assistance!

I would also like to note I am utilizing Microsoft Office 10 Enterprtise.  Thank you!
