Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

When printing envelopes, everything is coming out all garbled up, but when I print regular paper, all is good. How might I fix this problem?

Garbled as in mixed characters or is the printing smudged?

Nothing is smudged. Everything is out of place and broken up. Characters that should have been in the address are in lines across the return address. I have no idea why a web address is there as there was none on the file to be printed.IMG_8639 copy.jpg
