I replaced the inkt cartridges in two steps, this means I replaced first the black and blue color and eveything was ok.

After a few weeks I replaced the red and yellow cartridge as weel and after this replacement the printer did'nt pring blach anymore, neverheless the cartridge give still en 80 % level.

Is it possible there is an software trick who is the cause of this event, or other cause ?

Thanks for every tip or advice.

Search for more if needed.  If no joy, your printer may be toast.

I tryed out everything mentioned before nd nothing helped as such. I was expecting an answer from some HP people, the missing of that response convinced me more and more this errror is a built in erro by HP. Please who has the same experience with HP products, especially printers ?
