HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One Printer

Improper shutdown.  Press Ok, which I do:- Printer failure:- error0x61000008. Menu panel not alight.

I have tried pulling elec out whilst on, etc. Waiting 30 sec. and 5mins and 10 mins, even 30 mins.

The printer carriage does move right and left, but is stopp left.  Carriage does not move to correct place to put ink in.  I have tried pushing back to the right etc.

I was trying to Factory reset, but can not access the Menu board as it is not operating.

When you put on it sound ok, cartridege moves right then left then stays left. 

There is definately no debris in the maching.

I have checked for driver updates, I have the latest.
