Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Technician, me, replaced Mech Kit for HP586f, installed transferable items ie formatter, wires, scanner...  installed correct firmware and attempted backup restore. Error regarding USB device does not contain files for this device.  Unit displays as a 58650 printer and will not recognize backup files.
