I have an HP6310 and it won't work until I fix my "hardware" problem. Lifting up the cover to access to printer cartridges, only one of the 2 hinges in the back are "connected" to the base. In order to fix this hinge, the screw I need to remove is a "star" screw, its size somewhere between a T-10 and T-15. Where I have been unable to find any T-11->T14 sizes to move forward here, does anyone have a thought as to how to get this screw out so I can reattach the cover to the base?
