Product: HP Photosmart 7520

My HP Photosmart 7520 displays an error message to load paper when paper is already present. I have gone through all the HP recommended solutions and the printer still fails to print. This is the first time I have had this problem.  Ideas?

If you have already performed the steps from the document An 'Out of Paper' Message Displays on the Control Panel and the All-in-One Does Not Pick Up Paper and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
