I have an HP 7525 all in one Printer. I am having an issue printing. Every time I try printing I get a General Printer Error message with a code 0x61011beb and to printer documentation. I can not find any documentation that talks about error message codes. I have tried powering down and powering up the printer to no avail. Can someone help me resolve this? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help
This seems like a hardware issue with the printer. Check if the printer carriage is moving freely inside the printer.
Update the printer firmware if possible:
- Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.
- Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
