HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

I have a 7740 printer that was working fine until I moved it recently from my studio to my home. Now it keeps showing a "system setup" error and asks that I remove the printer ink cartridges and replace them. Nothing works to get rid of this error message. Ink cartridges that are currently installed are HP cartridges and still have ink in them. I bought new ones just in case and when I installed those, same error message pops up. 

I have also restarted and unplugged the printer, same error message pops up.

When I went through the online assistant, it says I should remove printer head and buy a new one...but honestly, this printer has not been used that often. I'm super reluctant to purchase a $200 printer head because I have a feeling the same error message will show up.

 

Please help! I need to print and cannot do any printing right now. Super frustrated....
