A lot of problems/solutions with cartridge problems for printers HP 8610 HP 8620 or HP 8630.

 

I thought the problem was similar then all the way from 2016... when HP was playing some bamboozlement with costumers.

 

Well i have been dealing with one error after another with my HP 8620. First it says its having and issue with the black cart, then magenta... I've tried with HP and offbrand carts.

This error was persistent:

 

"Cartridge problem"

"One or more cartridges appear to be damaged.
Remove them and replace with new cartridges."

 

I did partial reset few times and it seemed to brick the printer on 4th time. With cartridges packed away, no moving when oppening the printer. Luckily EWS was still running, so i could see printer was not dead. I did plug-unplug few times tapping the display maybe helped and i got it moving again 🙂

 

In the end this solution worked for me ==>  video is also available at youtube.

 

I guess after all those years some contacts were off :/. Hope it helps.
