Has a resolution been identified for the following thread? https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/8620-Randomly-Prints-a-Page-with-Just-One-Letter/td-p/...

 

My printer has worked well for some time, but now randomly prints a fresh piece of paper with the letter G (only) in the top right-hand corner. Is there a fix, please?

I have gone through your Post and would like to assist

 

I suggest we perform a Semi Full Reset and check if that helps

 

Since these steps are specific to your printer, I have sent you a private message with the instructions

 

Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

 

Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope
