Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

"Hi. I'm a user of HP Pagewide 477dw printer, and I need help to find a solution. My printer only shows the green power button and when I press it, the button turns orange. The display is off and it can't connect to the computer."

Hello Kudafaiz,

 

Keep in mind your printer has to be plugged directly into the power outlet.

 

If that is the case and printer still show problems, there is a high chance the printer's main board has some problem. Our recommendation is to take the unit to a repair center for inspection.
