My printer has error that says Problem with printer or print system.  Turn off and back on.  I tried that.  Did not help.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

 

Here are several steps you can take to try and fix it:

Power Cycle the Printer

  1. Turn Off the Printer: Press the power button to turn off the printer.
  2. Unplug the Power Cord: Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
  3. Wait: Leave the printer unplugged for at least 60 seconds.
  4. Reconnect the Power Cord: Plug the power cord back into the printer.
  5. Turn On the Printer: Press the power button to turn on the printer.

Restart Your Computer

  1. Turn Off Your Computer: Completely shut down your computer.
  2. Wait: Leave it off for about 30 seconds.
  3. Turn On Your Computer: Power up your computer again.

Check Ink Cartridges

  1. Open Ink Cartridge Access Door: Carefully open the door to access the ink cartridges.
  2. Check Cartridges: Ensure that all ink cartridges are properly installed and seated correctly.
  3. Reinstall: If any cartridges are not seated properly, remove them and reinstall them.
