Not happy with service- put in issue August 5th- no response, Put in 2nd issue August 27th, initial problem  reading not connected to internet now completely stopped altogether- no response.  Have tried to understand numerous ideas from chat but still not working, why can't some tech come in remotely and help me set this up- keep getting told they are having technical issues.  And I have probably screwed up my printer and need it to get some work done.
