Hello Just changed Cartrages, with HP 951. Now Im getting a Printer Failure error. Problem with Printer or Ink System. Turn Printer Off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP.
I am on Windows 11.
I powered off, unplugged. Changed to another set of Ink.
Printer is older, but worked last week.

Your printer 8610 is one of the few printers than can use non-hp ink.
Make sure you have this exact firmware to take advantage of the ink supply.
Check the date and ensure the ink did not expire.
