20191110_150259_HDR.jpgI tried cleaning ink heads and test pages showed no progress, small ink spots just along the edges.

Since the issue persists after the cleaning process, this is a hardware issue with the printhead

 

I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

Thank you for responding, but I'm not sure support offers any kind of support is product is out of warranty? All I saw was "go to forums" and this didn't pan out. 20191110_150259_HDR.jpg
