Product: HP Photosmart 5520
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Please Help! My printer is flashing lights and has the error code C4EBA341 on the screen. Everything I've read says to take the ink out, but that's basically impossible. The ink carriage will not move. It slid over once, and I promptly replaced all the ink with brand new ink and now we are still back to square one. What can I do?!?!

If you have already performed the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
