Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

One day my printer just stopped printing and is no longer connecting to computer wireless connection. The touch screen is stuck showing up logo a blue line underneath with one blue dot followed by 6 more not blue dots. I have powered off , unplugged and nothing changes. Hp smart app is not even connecting or finding printer?

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that your printer display is frozen, and I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
