Hi
I've problems printing from a mac and i am receiving hold for authentication message. I can print from an iPad and iPhone without any problem. I also use HP laptops to print without any problem.
Secondly, when I open HP Smart and try to access settings it looks for a username and password and tells me that these features are locked. How can I cancel the requirement for a password or reset it so I can access settings etc
