Product: Ho inkjet 7730

I had before much cheaper printer but had no this issue. Every ab 4-5cm there is a strongly visible, sharp line on anything I print. Not visible on texts but if Its a picture it is very visible. 

Is it normal with this printer? Its about in the distance what the printer pushes out on the paper during printing. I jist bought it today and I already tried to cleaning option from the menu.
