Hello,

I have horizontal stripes , maybe every inch, when I print photos.

my printer is almost new, and was working properly with starting cartridges.

I just installed brand new cartridges from « instant ink » program, and there it is.

of course I performed several cleanings, and alignment procedures but no improvement.

Any idea ? Cartridge issue (weird, as they are brand new), or the printer is already faulty ?

Thanks to Asmita’s help, I got replacement ink and now the printer is working properly.

obviously one of the Instant ink cartridges was not ok before.
